Shipping
Your order is processed and shipped with 24-48 hrs of you placing the order. You will receive an email from us informing you when the order is shipped with your order tracking number.
Shipping is free on all orders in the continental US. If you live outside the continental of United States please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page or email us at info@famolare.com and we will endeavor to honor your request.
You can track your order using your mobile device, laptop or desktop. Order number is generated on the checkout page. A tracking number will be provided via an email when your item has been shipped.
Click on your order tracking number to check the status of your order. If the status is "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact customer service for assistance.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at info@famolare.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders cannot be changed once your shoes are shipped..

Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Wear your Famolares for 30 days and if you don't like them, simply return them no questions asked.
Once your Famolares are delivered, you will receive an email of your delivery. The email will also have a link to print a return label if you wish to return your order.

Your credit card will be charged within a few hours of placing the order.
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
