Shipping

When will my order ship?

Your order is processed and shipped with 24-48 hrs of you placing the order. You will receive an email from us informing you when the order is shipped with your order tracking number.

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is free on all orders in the continental US. If you live outside the continental of United States please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page or email us at customerservice@famolare.com and we will endeavor to honor your request.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using your mobile device, laptop or desktop. Order number is generated on the checkout page. A tracking number will be provided via an email when your item has been shipped.

How do I contact you about an order not delivered?

Click on your order tracking number to check the status of your order. If the status is "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I contact you about receiving the wrong product?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How do I change the quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders cannot be changed once your shoes are shipped..

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship in the continental United States of America

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Wear your Famolares for 30 days and if you don't like them, simply return them no questions asked.

How do I return my product?

Once your Famolares are delivered, you will receive an email of your delivery. The email will also have a link to print a return label if you wish to return your order.

How do I buy/redeem a gift card?

You can buy gift cards in two places. The bottom of the page under the section SHOP on the home page or click here. Gift Cards can be redeemed by entering the gift card code on the checkout page.

How do I use a coupon code?

Coupons can be redeemed by entering the coupon code on the checkout page. Coupon Code and Gift Card code are entered in the same space on the checkout page.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate the site simply click on SHOP. The drop down menu displays all our shoes. If you wish to buy a Gift Card(s) move to the bottom of the page. Under the category SHOP you will find gift cards. If you wish to know more about our history and what we stand for click on OUR STORY on the top right of the page or the bottom right of the page. If you have any questions click on Faq's/Contact Us at the bottom of the page under HELP. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Minnesota.

When will my credit card be charged?

When will my refund appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
